Quotes, Terms, Conditions, Shipping and Credit Card Purchases from Protective Structures, Ltd.

Quotation

Most bullet resistant systems are "custom designed" and require a special quotation process. Protective Structures is not a catalogue house and we do not carry "stock items" for retail purchase.

Your bullet resistant system will get the time and consideration it deserves. PSL quotes each job individually and we will provie you with a complete set of drawings detailing the scope of work. Please send or email your plans and specifications or call and tell us your requirements. Please note that estimated delivery times are pending on approval of submittal drawings.

Materials-Only purchases require no submittal drawings. However, a signed contract is required prior to shipping. A signed contract indicates that you agree to the terms listed below unless otherwise specified

Terms

Once the final drawings have been approved, our terms are generally 50% down and 50% upon shipment (unless otherwise negotiated). We offer a 2% discount for payment in full upon signing a contract (except when purchasing by credit card). Other terms, including Net 30, are negotiable. PSL honors most major credit cards. There is a 1% surcharge for credit card purchases when paying in full upon signing of contract or a 3% surcharge when making payments. All bullet resistant systems require signed drawings prior to fabrication. Any promised delivery times are contingent on signing of submittal drawings. Breaking of contract prior to fabrication requires a 20% restocking fee and will be billed to purchaser. Once fabrication has begun, purchaser is liable for entire contract.

Shipping

Protective Structures will ship materials to job site as negotiated in contract. We will make every attempt to ensure that your products are delivered safely and undamaged. However, shipping is beyond our control once materials are loaded on trucks. Unforseen damages are always possible and certain precautions are necessary if damaged product is deliverd.

If the purchase or contract is "materials only," or there is no representative of Protective Structures to receive shipment, damages must be noted and reported at the time materials are delivered. If possible, please refuse delivery of damaged shipment or take photographs and notify shipping company of damages immediately .

Protective Structures will not honor any refunds, exchanges or credits due to damages that are not reported at the time materials are delivered. Protective Structures will attempt to recover damages incurred during shipping if stated damages are reported at the time of delivery. However, any unreported damages are sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Unless otherwise negotiated, Protective Structures will ship "curbside" delivery only. Any additional costs of delivering materials to specific work areas are at the expense of buyer and will be billed accordingly.
